Production Features steel case to order

The production of metal cases consists of several stages:

1. Getting a drawing from the customer. If you don't have a finished project, we are ready to provide services for its development. The option of developing a drawing from a finished product is also available.
2. Cutting metal with a laser. To achieve maximum accuracy, we use modern CNC machines made in Europe.
3. Drilling required holes. If the chassis has a large number of ventilation holes, our technologists recommend using the punching press or stamping method. When working with single holes, drills are used.
4. Metal bending to give the desired shape. We use machines, which allow for error in 0.3 mm. The work is done so accurately and neatly, that in certain cases the bend area does not require additional processing.
5. Installation of fastening parts on steel body, to which the boards will subsequently be attached, work panels, cooling devices, etc.. d.
6. Powder coating (if necessary) to improve anti-corrosion properties and aesthetics.
7. Applying visual markings (logo, other identification marks, markings).
