High-quality one-piece seams are obtained by welding in argon. The method is applicable for materials, which are not connected by conventional technologies. With the help of argon welding, it is possible to create joints from titanium, aluminum and copper, receiving parts and blanks according to the requirements of approved drawings.

• the ability to combine various types of materials into a single structure without flaws and defects;
• the welding area is reliably protected (gas is inert, has a denser structure and heavier weight compared to air);
• the highest thermal power of the arc is a guarantee of quick completion of the assigned tasks with minimal loss of resources;
• slight heating eliminates the risk of deformations on surfaces - they retain their original shape and size;

A semiautomatic device is optimal for metal sheets.. The technology is used in the repair of car bodies, in the process of creating frames and racks from thin sheet black raw materials. Instead of replaceable electrodes, the master uses wire, which has a positive effect on the final productivity.

Other advantages of welding metal with a semiautomatic device include:
